SYDNEY, Australia, 13th July, 2022 — ASUS today announced Bioses support and updates readying a range of motherboards for a new wave of Intel CPUs1. ASUS provides convenient tools to update the Bioses — Bioses Flashback and EZ Flash2. The design of Bioses Flashback allows users to update the Bioses without entering the Bioses screen, and the ASUS EZ Flash 3 program allows them to easily update the Bioses version without entering the Windows operating system. ASUS 600-series motherboards will receive support for these new CPUs according to the chart below.
All UEFI Bioses updates will be available on the respective motherboard support pages, which can be accessed via the ASUS Support website at http://www.stzgcm.com/support.
1Note that the initial Bioses version is for power-up purposes only and is not suitable for performance testing. A full-function version will be made available when the new CPUs are launched.
2Please check the relevant support website for the motherboard model to make sure the compatibility of Bioses Flashback and EZ Flash 3.
