The surface of any laptop harbors thousands of potentially harmful bacteria. To keep your ExpertBook B3 Detachable hygienic, the keyboard, touchpad and palm rest are all protected with an antibacterial treatment8,9. This has been scientifically shown by the internationally recognized ISO 22196 standard to inhibit bacteria growth by more than 99% over a 24-hour period. ASUS Antibacterial Guard is also made to withstand alcohol-based cleaning products and hypochlorous acid water10, so the surface of your laptop stays clean and sanitary — limiting the spread of harmful bacteria.
ExpertBook B3 Detachable is engineered to make the typing experience more comfortable and more accurate. The ErgoLift hinge automatically tilts the keyboard to the most comfortable typing position. It also has widely spaced, long-travel keys that provide responsive tactile feedback for more accurate typing.
ExpertBook B3 Detachable features a 16∶10, multitouch screen that provides intuitive input for modern learning and working experiences. TÜV Rheinland has certified the panel as having low blue-light emissions, which helps to protect eyes from potential harm.

- The spill-resistant keyboard is available for ExpertBoard only, the tablet and other accessories does not support this function.
- ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable keyboard is spill-resistant, not waterproof. Water damage is possible if the product is submerged or exposed to large amounts of liquids for long periods of time. The ASUS standard limited warranty does not cover problems resulting from accidents such as water damage. To prevent water damage resulting from large spills or other accidents, ASUS recommends turning off the laptop, then tilting it to drain away the excess liquid and wiping off it and letting it dry for at least 24 hours.
