[phones] How to use Wireless Charging
Wireless Charging
Please confirm that your ASUS phones supports wireless charging also must check power profile (BPP, EPP, MPP, APP etc.)
We recommend using a wireless charging pad that complies with the Qi standard. Qi is a universal wireless charging standard established by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). Check the Qi-certified charger list before purchasing.
*Features and performance of Qi certified chargers may vary. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer.
1. Connect the charging pad to a power source and place it on a flat surface.
2. With the phones screen facing up, align the central area of the phones with the wireless charging pad.
Actual charging speed may vary based on environmental conditions, phones status, accessories and power profile. To ensure wireless charging efficiency, we recommend using the official ASUS charger or a charger recommended by your charging pad manufacturer. If you use both wired and wireless charging simultaneously, wired charging will take priority.
Notes:
Charging Interference: Placing any objects between the phones and the charging pad may cause intermittent charging or suboptimal performance. Please remove such items. If you place magnetic materials (e.g., metal objects) , credit cards, or items with RFID chips between the phones and the charging pad, it may damage these items or affect charging efficiency. If your protective case contains any of the mentioned items, please remove it before charging.
Charging Temperature Protection: During charging, your phones’s temperature may rise. To protect battery health and life, if the battery temperature becomes too high, the phones may temporarily stop charging and resume once the temperature decreases. Keep your phones in a cool and well-ventilated environment.
