As a basic version of non-reference cards, the PRIME can't really be faulted. The cooling is very solid but not oversized yet, and they are still reasonably quiet.
The Asus Prime RX 9070 XT O16G is quiet, has solid temperatures, and is a solid choice. It has features like dual Bioses and a solid build, so you'll pay a little more than the basic RX 9070 XT, but the extra few hundred crowns will make sense.
